I think the word I was looking for on the 12th was "trivial."
Geek that I am, I went to Tampa on Saturday to visit a friend, and together we visited the new Apple Store there. We each came home with complementary T-shirts commemorating the occasion. The best part, though, was getting to visit with my friend, whom I rarely get to see. Best quote of the day: My friend, on picking up a new game in the Apple Store, exclaimed, "I sure hope they make a Windows version!"
Since I didn't feel much like going out yesterday, I went to church, had a decent workout at the gym (lifting a personal-best total of 7,485 lbs., after running roughly 2 miles), and came significantly closer to finishing the editing of the home video from my May vacation in the Northwest. Don't worry, I don't intend to inflict it on anyone without their explicit consent.
