Let's recap the holiday shipping experience this past week, shall we?
- Friday, 12/14: Package arrives UPS for Dan. Turns out to be a very nice alabaster box from his mom, his Christmas gift, unwrapped.
- Monday, 12/17: FedEx attempts delivery of something, leaves it with neighbors, and leaves note that it is "next door." Not clear which "next door."
- Tuesday, 12/18: FedEx box gets delivered by neighbor, along with something Priority Mail, and then later in the day, something UPS. Eric opens FedEx box from amazon.com, hoping it is his Moulin Rouge DVD. It isn't; it's his gift from his parents, a headset for his cell phone, unwrapped. Dan opens UPS box when Eric goes to work because it says "Perishable." Turns out to be Amaretto Fudge from Oregon, gift from sister. Yummy. Remaining Priority Mail box sits under tree, unopened out of paranoia.
