Technology Guy

So far this morning, I've directed our support person (a.k.a. "secretary") as to which disks to buy for our new Zip 250 drives (um, Zip 250 disks... not CD-R's, thank you); I've helped a co-worker install a clip-art collection after her attempt failed (she managed to quit out of the installer before it was done); I've given a Word tip to a remote co-worker (file protection issues); and consulted yet another co-worker on the repair-or-replace question (her home VCR and camcorder both managed to develop issues over the past week). "Clip-art" co-worker is also the one who wanted me to "show her Adobe" yesterday, after I had PageMaker and Illustrator installed on my machine. My "what do you want to see" question didn't help narrow the field; and have you ever tried to demonstrate a product you've never used?

The only problem is, now, I can't remember what I needed to do today....
