It was bad enough to switch back to E!'s reruns of Oscar coverage.

As fate would have it, on this, one of the crown jewels in the gay holiday calendar, I am ill with some stomachy virusy thing, which keeps me prone on the couch, so I've seen just about every bit of pre-Oscar coverage there has been over the last two days (I think maybe, just maybe, it's overdone?!?). This had better pick up soon, or I'm gonna be a channel-surfer through this year's ceremony....
