Today's update of the Millenia Incident: It wasn't a real bomb, there wasn't one at Mears. Someone left the Post Office at Millenia upset that it would take longer for their package to arrive at its destination than they would have liked, and stormed out with the parting shot, "well, maybe it's a bomb then." Said threat was taken seriously, and said individual is not only being charged by the authorities, but some stores that did close are considering legal action to recover lost sales.
When Dan gives me news reports, I usually put on what I call the "Dan Filter," as he tends to watch those commentary shows on the news networks and think they're reporters. I didn't think the Filter was necessary for what appeared to be first-hand knowledge from within his workplace.
