65 Days and Counting

I booked the plane tickets a couple of weeks ago, and now the two intervening months are driving me crazy. My 10-year college reunion is this September, but it's really just an excuse to go back to Oregon. Dan can't make this trip — work challenges — so everything I'm planning is a "me" thing. A day spent at Powell's City of Books and the Saturday Market. A day on the coast.* And hopefully part of a day spent hiking to the top of Multnomah Falls, and perhaps a few hours spent just sitting here (VR Panorama, QuickTime required). There will be family visit time, and of course the reunion. There will be food — my Northwest trips always end up being old-favorite-restaurant-hopping experiences. And, if the lawsuit hasn't impeded it, there will be Frango purchasing.

It's gonna be a long two months at this rate.

*It's kind of funny — in Oregon, you don't go to the beach, you go to the coast. In Washington, you went to the ocean.
