Chompin' at the Bit

When I first started with my current dentist, he asked about dental issues. When I shared that I'm a tooth-grinder, he asked how I would know that. Well, the fact that I notice that I'm grinding my teeth when I drive might be a clue — so I presume it happens while I sleep. My dad does, I do.

Last night it had a poor side affect. I managed to chomp right down on my tongue, mid-sleep. Heck of a way to wake up. And one nasty after effect — the bump is still there.

Sorry this one wasn't more interesting. Lack of brain power from a lousy work day, which itself deserves being blogged about once I'm further from it.
