...that's what the subject line of today's "New Music Tuesdays" email from the iTunes Music Store should have said. New today: Music categorized by Billboard's "Top 100" lists (or so) going back to 1946. One click on 1984 put me mentally in debt. No music bought — yet. Want to share the temptation? Click here.
At least I'm not the guy mentioned here. I'll save you the need to scroll down and find it: someone has spent $29,500 on music. Presuming that's all singles (is that even possible?), since albums are usually less than 99c a track, this person has bought around 29,798 songs. Carrying it a step further, the high-end, 40Gig iPod holds 10,000 songs, so whomever this is has nearly (or over!) 3 iPods worth of music — in the neighborhood of 120Gigs. I have a lowly 10Gig iPod and it is barely full (post-Christmas-music removal, of course). No one can accuse me of being addicted to this stuff — ever again.
