Just Askin'

Let's say your employer has an employee-referral program that has been running for just over 6 years.

Let's say said program held a celebration, where they touted that it has been responsible for a certain number of new hires (we'll call that number "X").

Let's say that X is over half of the total number of people employed at your company. Remember, now, X is just the people hired through the referral program, not through any other method.

Would you trumpet how sucessful the referral program is, or would you hold back considering that it speaks more to the fact you've had to replace well over half your workforce in just 6 years?
