Truth in Advertising

I saw a car with license plates from Washington, D.C., the other day, and I laughed but presumed it had been altered from the original design somehow. The tagline at the bottom read, "Taxation Without Representation." But no, it appears they are real, and officially for sale by the DMV of the District's governing authority.
