On first glance, the headline on CNN read: "Bush: The Root Of The Problem." All I could think was, "finally!" Only on second, overgleeful glance did I see it in its entirety: "Bush: The Root Of the Problem is Hezbollah."
Sorry, all, I finally had to add the word-verification feature to comments. It was either that or turn off the ability to comment anonymously, which I really didn't want to do. But I had my first big-time batch of comment spam, so it was time. (I don't understand comment spam. According to Blogger Help, all comments are tagged so parent-company Google's search bots don't follow the links or count them to improve the target pages' PageRanks, which would improve their placement on search reports. So what, really, is the point, if not to annoy?)
