Twice A Day?

Scary coincidence: I was contemplating this morning the question, "why blog?", when I came across this post from another eric, over at We, Like Sheep (full article here):

This blog is not a diary. You are not privy to my innermost thoughts. I don't give you the details of most of my hopes, dreams, fears, or desires. I coat the events of my daily life in exaggeration and hyperbole. My objective is usually to be vaguely funny.

An interesting perspective. If nothing else, I wish I could at least claim the last part for myself!
