- Stay up too late Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights before the change back to Standard Time.
- Get up at 3 a.m. that Sunday for a flight to LA.
- Arrive in LA and, with a brief half-hour nap mid-day, stay up until nearly 11 Pacific Time.
- Wake up before 6 a.m. PST Monday because your body thinks it's 10 EDT. And again on Tuesday. At least you're early for work and even squeeze in a gym visit.
- Go out for Halloween Tuesday night and get about five hours' sleep. (This is now seven consecutive nights of 5-7 hours of sleep each night.)
- Get about 7 hours' sleep Wednesday night after two social calls, and fly back to Orlando.
- Get home, shower, change and go out.
- Get home at 2 a.m., go to bed, get up at 9 to pack for a trip to Ft. Lauderdale.
- Drive down mid-day, take a disco nap, and go out. Come back and stay in hot tub until after 2, and go to bed.
- Saturday, get up around 11, do random touristy things, take a nap, go out. Come back and stay in hot tub/pool until 5 a.m. and go to bed.
- Sunday, get up around 9:30, lie by the pool, take a nap, go out early. Come back and stay in hot tub/pool until midnight and go to bed.
- Monday, drive back to Orlando.
- Tuesday, attempt to get up at 6 a.m. to vote and go to work.

D'Oh! I'd be unconscious by then!
ReplyDeleteYou can't fool us - it was the late night at the hot tub!
ReplyDeleteThe hot tub sound awfully naughty....and I KNOW you aren't complaining. Now you know why I'm such a whacked-out freak....always flying, hotels every night, up at 4am, deal with hundreds of passengers each day.....makes a dude crazy! Enjoy the time warp.
