Between / In The Middle

At work, we're in the middle of a team reorganization … that leaves me between the projects i've had and know, and even bigger projects yet to be assigned. (Right now it sounds like twice the work for the same pay.)

In the Chorus, we're between our extra summer show and our holiday show, with the local pride festivities and a fundraiser thrown in there for good measure … which leaves me in the middle of a whole lotta PR work that could take over my "spare" time, if I let it.

In between Labor Day and the Big Batch of Holidays … in between my last vacation* and my yet-to-be-identified next one. Always sitting between milestones.

Maybe I need to stop and try to enjoy the "now" for a bit no?

* And there were stories to be told coming out of that trip in July, but I've forgotten some, and others just don't seem timely anymore.
