Short Week (But Not)

When I started this week, I had a work-related appointment every day — be it a meeting or a conference call. Something.

Everything scheduled for Monday got cancelled or moved, and I just got notification that the final remaining not-yet-cancelled event of today … got cancelled. So while I came in to work all five days, my calendar only looks like I had things worth doing the middle three days of the week.

All this on a week when I was sorely tempted to call in sick at least once … dang might-be-pine allergy, anyway.
