DriveTime

I drive roughly 20 miles to work. Of that, only 2 miles are on Really Wide Federal Highways. The rest are on 2-lane roads — and about 9 of those miles are on a road curvy enough to be a no-passing lane the whole length, signified by the double-solid-yellow line down the middle. So why did not one, but two vehicles determine it was necessary to pass me (who, admittedly, was only doing 50ish in a 45-mph zone — my bad — and slower on the hard curves)? Especially given that all three of us managed to arrive at the security kiosk within 30 seconds of each other? Was it really worth it?
