Ginger Revealed

So yesterday, Dean Kamen unveils "IT," formerly known as "Ginger." Looks cool, costs too much for me, but wouldn't turn down a gift of one.

But can someone tell me why CNN Headline News insisted on finding an environmentalist to respond, "I'm disappointed it's not an energy-efficient car engine that doesn't rely on fossil fuels"? How, exactly, is that relevant? To me, it seems a bit like saying you're disappointed in Microsoft because Windows XP doesn't stop adult illiteracy. Come on, folks.
