Very UnChristmas

I don't know why, but this is the least Christmas-y-feeling Christmas I can remember. I mean, it's cold and wet out (a sure sign of the Oregon Christmases of my youth), I did the Candlelight Processional, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights at Disney (not to mention resort-hopping to see Christmas décor) over the weekend. My division's holiday party is tonight. But I'm uninspired to decorate. Our tree is assembled, and after much prodding, Dan put a couple of strands of lights on it, but that's as far as I feel like going. I took the shortcut way out and sent Internet-ordered trays of citrus to family members back home. My Christmas cards, while mailed, lacked much personality. Dan and I had even agreed to hold off on gift-giving until after the holiday (of course, he broke that agreement already, so now I have to go find something to reciprocate). Maybe it's the pressure at work - but it just, in general, does not feel like it's even December, much less 12 days from Christmas.
