Go Fish

Since Dan is anything but a seafood fan, I rarely eat fish for meals (unless it's of the frozen-fish-stick variety, easy to cook at home). Last week, though, I actually managed to (GASP!) get to the point where I wanted something different. After all, there was salmon and cream cheese available daily at breakfast. The first night, I ordered chicken breast, stuffed with shrimp scampi. There was a night with lobster tail. Crawfish. Peel-and-eat shrimp. Grilled shrimp. Grilled salmon steak. Shrimp cocktail. The Thursday Day-at-Sea Seafood Buffet. Grouper. I think there was a seafood-based gumbo or two in there somewhere. By Friday's dinner, I looked at the menu and said, "Beef Tenderloin, please." Even Dan was shocked.
