Back, With Butt Kicked

Yes, I made it back from my business trip. I survived Code Orange Security at LAX — in fact, I arrived the requested three hours early … and spent two hours 50 minutes at the gate. Not much playtime, though. The first day, Sunday, I was dead tired from the trip, so didn't do any theme parking. I thought, "I'll do it later in the week." Unfortunately, I ended up working from 8:30ish in the morning to nearly 9 at night almost every day. About all I had were a few free hours on Tuesday night, and then a night of drinking, merriment and my first-ever viewing of Steel Magnolias with coworkers and friends on Friday.

Said night of merriment led to a very short night of sleep before previously said very-early-morning trip back to LAX. I think I'm still trying to re-regulate my sleeping patterns.

I'm sure I'll be back to my (hopefully) witty self soon. Looking forward to this Saturday in a big way, since I went in to work a bit on Sunday (my first day back) as well as the past three Saturdays.
