Speaking of numbers:
- 6 days
(All in the car with my folks) - 5 nights
(2 in a 2-story suite with my folks, the other 3 I had my own room) - 2 of those days also spent with 2 great aunts and a great uncle, ranging high-60 to high-70 years old
- Over 3800 air miles
- Nearly 1400 road miles
- 3 National Parks
Today I happened to check Gmail via the web — normally I use my email program. I was surprised to find 6 items in the Spam folder, all of them valid messages — in fact, all of them comments posted here in early July, or email exchanges that started with comments from this blog! Now, maybe it's too much of me to ask, but I'd THINK that Google's Gmail would recognize comments from Google's Blogger as valid email messages … .
Happy you're off the road and back home. That's always a good feeling to me. The g-mail thing: It's funny because I've never, not once, had a "good" email in the spam folder. And I've received just a few (less than 20, maybe, since last year) of spam in my good inbox. Gweird is right.
ReplyDeleteOooo! National Parks! Which ones did you go see?
ReplyDeleteCB, we went to Arches in Utah, and Mesa Verde and Black Canyon of the Gunnison in Colorado. Incredible!
