- Later in the article, "chili and cocoa" are listed among the top flavor pairings for 2008. This makes me happy, as I've been trying — with my limited culinary knowledge — to figure out how to use this dark chocolate linguine in a main-course dish, ever since I stumbled across it in Seattle's Pike Place Market last year.
