For anyone who was keeping tabs, today was Day Four of wearing the contact lenses. I started with 4 hours a day, increasing 2 each day, to today's goal of 10. Yesterday was NOT a good day with them, taking 25 minutes to put 'em in, wondering if I'd lost one at lunch because my vision was blurrier than I wanted in one eye, and then losing one IN my eye when trying to take 'em out. I was done.
And of course, as can be expected with such trauma, today was cake. 5 minutes in, 5 minutes out. That said, I still don't see making the 100% switch. I'll keep some around for vanity's sake, probably, but I need to be able to see clearly (and focus on the computer screen) all day. Contacts just aren't gonna do that.
