Brrr.
Well, it's official: this year's Big Vacation Trip will be, once again, to my Warm Fuzzy Place, Seattle, Washington. Only right now, it's not so warm and fuzzy. Seems that one of the suburbs received an inch and a half of snow in 45 minutes yesterday—the first day of spring. Snow in the Seattle area is relatively rare, and nearly nonexistent in March. Now, granted, said trip doesn't happen for 2 months, but newfallen snow this late in the year means it could still be challenging to visit Mt. Rainier or Hurricane Ridge.
