Today is Day 1 at a new job, which I've actually had before. Still with The Mouse, but doing work I was temporarily assigned about a year ago. This time, it's by choice, and I'm glad to be back.
The new job did involve an office move to the other side of the property — and this morning, I find out that there is another move pending for the whole team in 1-2 months. So I've been cautioned not to unpack "too much."
For a while, I was tracking how many people I'd reported to over a stretch of time. Looks like it's time to track the desks where I've lived. This one is the fifth in 20 months, and the next move will likely make it 6 in less than 2 years.
