(It is more blue than silver. I call it pearl-ice blue.) I just have to be VERY careful with this baby. It rides so much more silently than the old Saturn. And I can plug ye olde iPod directly into the Pioneer stereo and jam my way down the road, not being able to tell my speed just from the road noise. I was fortunate on my very first drive home to notice this tendency.
Oh, and we can forgive the car salesman's gratuitous attempt at flattery when he said this car was marketed to, and successful with, a younger demographic, "like yourself." And here I was thinking, "am I too old for this car?"
Con grats on the new wheels! Pretty! No ... you are never too old for any car! LOL...
ReplyDeleteJust stay young and pretty like me!
Hugs.. chris
What a SWEET ride - why don't you and the significant other hop into it and come to Orlando so we can have dinner one night and meet each other - now you have NO reason not to!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS! So does "it" have a name yet? Looking forward to seeing it and "riding it" :-)
ReplyDeleteSo you bought the car becasue he flattered you? ;-)
ReplyDeleteGood a reason as I've heard lately, CB.
ReplyDeleteNice job.
Thanks, all!
ReplyDeleteJorge: I don't name my cars ... or anything else, for that matter. :-P
And CB: I was sold before the flattery. If anything, the flattery gave me second thoughts. Not to say that flattery won't get anywhere with me.
